Bans was formed in 1992 for Michael Bahr and Ronaldo Bohlke from Curitiba / Paraná / Brazil.
In 2000 the band decides to become BraveHeart having in its formation Michael, Ronaldo and Bruno Novak on the drums.
After a EP recorded with 4 tracks in 2001 and plus one bonus track recorded in 2002, the band already open act for the American band Savatage in 2001, together with a children choirs (that also it is in the EP). The EP \"Hiding Place\" was listened to by some countries pulling out specialized compliments of sites, beyond sites TV\'s and Brazilian magazines, obtaining a note 10 in the site Whiplash (BRAZIL) and Rock Brigade and Roadie Crew magazine.
In 2002, Ronaldo leaves the band, Bruno Sucheck arrives the band in 2003 to go direct to a show in Assuncion/Paraguay.
In 2004, \"the Brunos\" leaves the band.
In 2005, Bruno Sucheck returns the band and the drummer Eliandro Ferreira arrives to close the power trio.
In 2007 the band launches the new CD \"This House in My Head\" all online. In May, Eliandro leaves the band and Diego Souza now the new drummer.
2008 : Bruno leaves the band and Alexandre Schuertz take over the guitars.
2009 : After 1,5 years of band, Diego leaves the sticks Felipe Souza takes the drums. Now, the band is composing new songs for recording the new album to the end of 2009.
